Accuphase has announced the successor to its entry level E-280 integrated amplifier, we are talking about the brand new Accuphase E-3000. The E-3000 can count on more power and a higher damping factor. Accuphase E-3000 can also count on AAVA volume control.

Accuphase E-3000 in Brief

The amplifier output stage uses a push-pull configuration with selected MOSFETs. The available power is 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms assisted by a generously sized transformer. Volume control is by Accuphase’s AAVA (Accuphase Analog Vari-gain Amplifier) system.A proprietary technology that promises to return the sound message with clarity and transparency. As for connections The Accuphase E-3000 offers a wide range of options including balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA line inputs. Also present are pre-out and main-in connections very useful for connecting a final amplifier and for biamping.The two slots on the back allow the insertion of a DAC module and a phono preamplifier.
